Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Artvect collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, upload artwork, mint or list NFTs, place bids, manage wallet activity, subscribe to newsletters, or communicate with the platform.
By using Artvect, you understand that digital asset marketplaces involve account data, user-generated content, wallet details, transaction records, security logs, and public blockchain-related information. We handle that information to operate the marketplace, protect users, and maintain reliable platform records.
Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly, including your username, email address, password, profile details, profile image, support messages, newsletter subscription email, and any other information you choose to provide through account, contact, bidding, listing, or marketplace forms.
When you use creator tools, we collect artwork files, NFT files, titles, descriptions, collection names, prices, minting details, listing details, and related metadata. You should avoid uploading private or sensitive information inside artwork descriptions, file names, or public profile fields.
Marketplace and Transaction Information
Artvect keeps records of marketplace activity, including bids, accepted offers, NFT ownership history on the platform, sale amounts, wallet balance activity, minting fee activity, funding requests, payout requests, wallet addresses, network selections, transaction hashes, proof images where submitted, timestamps, status changes, and platform communications connected to those actions.
Some marketplace information is visible to other users, such as artwork titles, NFT listings, creator usernames, collections, public prices, bids, and ownership indicators. Other information is limited to account, security, support, and administrative purposes.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, session activity, error logs, security events, and approximate location derived from network data. This helps us keep the service secure, diagnose issues, understand marketplace usage, and improve performance.
The site may use cookies, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, theme preferences, interface settings, balance visibility preferences, analytics, and basic functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.
Blockchain and Public Records
NFT and crypto-related activity may involve blockchain networks or wallet addresses. Public blockchain records can be visible to anyone and may not be controlled, edited, or deleted by Artvect. If information is written to a blockchain or otherwise made public through marketplace activity, it may remain accessible even if your account content is later changed or removed from the platform interface.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide dashboards, display marketplace listings, process bids and accepted offers, support minting and collection features, record wallet funding and payout activity, send service messages, provide support, maintain security, detect abuse, prevent fraud, comply with applicable obligations, and improve the user experience.
We may also use contact information to send important account notices, bid notifications, welcome emails, security alerts, service updates, policy updates, and newsletter messages when you subscribe. You may unsubscribe from marketing-style newsletter messages, but we may still send service-related messages needed for your account or transactions.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, customer support, payment or wallet infrastructure, and similar platform functions. These providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or good-faith safety need; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Artvect, users, creators, collectors, or the public; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of platform assets.
Content You Make Public
Artwork, NFT listings, collection names, usernames, descriptions, prices, bids, and other marketplace-facing content may be publicly visible. Public content can be copied, indexed, cached, or shared by other users or third-party services. You are responsible for the information you choose to make public.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate marketplace and transaction records, resolve disputes, comply with legal and accounting obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. Some records may be retained after account closure where required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. These safeguards may include access controls, secure sessions, password protections, operational monitoring, and limited access to sensitive records. No website, wallet service, blockchain network, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should use strong passwords and protect their account credentials.
Your Choices and Requests
You may update certain account and profile information from your dashboard or profile page. You may contact Artvect to request help with account information, newsletter preferences, data access, corrections, or account-related questions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. These rights may be subject to exceptions for security, legal compliance, marketplace records, fraud prevention, and blockchain records outside our control.
Children
Artvect is not intended for children under 13, and users must be old enough to form a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

If you access Artvect from outside the country where our systems or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the platform, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated. Continued use of Artvect after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
